Assignment: Watercolor Sampler
Vocabulary

Sampler
Students draw with a pencil random and overlapping shapes or lines, preferably organic, lightly on watercolor paper.
Students should pick a color scheme that uses only 3 colors, eg. yellow, green blue.
Within each shape, use one of the techniques demonstrated.
Some of the techniques require paint to dry, then overlaying with a second color (glazing).
